Founder-led companies reach a point where the playbook that got them here won't get them to the next stage. I help CEOs see around corners, make better decisions, and build the leadership discipline that growth requires.

Glenn Snyder
Glenn spent three decades at Deloitte, where as a senior partner he advised the C-suites and boards of emerging growth companies and some of the largest names in medical technology, biopharma, and healthcare. In 2012 he founded Deloitte's Medical Technology practice and grew it to more than $500M in the US. He also co-founded the firm's West Coast Life Sciences practice, served in its Executive Advisor Program for CEOs, and led global strategy talent development for 2,000+ practitioners.
A recognized medtech thought leader, Glenn led industry research with AdvaMed, including co-designing the AdvaMed Value Framework. His 2017 study with AdvaMed, Out of the Valley of Death, argued that medtech should borrow from the biopharma playbook, using co-development, co-marketing, and contingent M&A partnerships to carry early-stage innovation to market. His 2025 follow-up, Traversing the Medtech Investment Landscape, examined build-to-buy, one such co-development model that is now gaining traction in medtech.
He has also co-authored research on what distinguishes "A+" medtech CEOs, board dynamics from the CEO's chair, and U.S. market entry for innovators from outside the U.S. He lectures annually in the Stanford and UCLA Biodesign programs and has been quoted by Bloomberg TV, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and leading medtech trade publications.
Glenn began his career as an engineer at Chevron and then consulted at Booz Allen & Hamilton before joining Deloitte. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an M.S. in Engineering from USC, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Born in the Netherlands and raised partly in Saudi Arabia, he is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
